ANVL Intelligence

Intelligence embedded in every workflow.

ANVL doesn't add an AI layer on top of existing workflows. Seven specialized agents are embedded inside the platform, operating continuously across origination, risk, servicing, communications, collections, accounting, and executive reporting, with full human oversight at every consequential step.

Origination Agent

Accelerate underwriting without compromising credit discipline.

The Origination Agent works within the loan origination workflow to reduce manual data gathering, surface relevant dealer history, and flag items requiring underwriter review, so credit teams spend time on decisions, not document assembly.

Example actions

  • Pulls dealer financial history and prior loan performance into the underwriting record automatically
  • Flags incomplete or inconsistent application data before it reaches the credit desk
  • Surfaces comparable dealer profiles and portfolio exposure concentration for pricing context
  • Routes approved deals to LMS setup and dealer communications without manual handoff
  • Generates structured origination summaries for committee review

Risk Agent

Continuous risk monitoring, not periodic audit snapshots.

The Risk Agent operates continuously across the collateral and loan data layers, detecting behavioral signals that indicate emerging risk before they become losses. It raises structured exceptions, scores dealer confidence, and generates evidence that meets institutional standards.

Example actions

  • Detects anomalies in vehicle presence patterns and dealer inventory behavior in real time
  • Generates and updates dealer confidence scores from continuous operational signals
  • Creates structured exception records with severity scoring and supporting evidence
  • Triggers escalation workflows when exception patterns indicate elevated credit risk
  • Assembles evidence packs for dispute resolution and capital partner diligence, on demand

Servicing Agent

Manage by exception, not by spreadsheet.

The Servicing Agent automates the routine operational load of a live floorplan portfolio, tracking curtailments, flagging approaching maturities, routing payments, and surfacing accounts that need servicer attention, so the team handles complexity, not busywork.

Example actions

  • Monitors curtailment schedules and flags overdue payments before they pass due dates
  • Surfaces approaching loan maturities for renewal, extension, or payoff action
  • Reconciles incoming payments against loan records and flags discrepancies
  • Generates servicer daily priority queues ranked by exception count and risk signal
  • Prepares loan status summaries for dealer review meetings without manual data pull

Communications Agent

Structured outreach triggered by real events.

The Communications Agent orchestrates outbound communications to dealers, borrowers, and partners based on actual loan and collateral events, not templated email blasts. Every message is linked to the underlying record and logged for audit and compliance purposes.

Example actions

  • Triggers dealer curtailment and maturity notices at configured lead times automatically
  • Generates exception notices when collateral anomalies require dealer response
  • Sequences dealer outreach for collections workflows with configurable escalation paths
  • Logs all outbound communications to the relevant loan, dealer, and collateral record
  • Drafts structured response summaries from dealer replies for servicer review

Collections Agent

Disciplined recovery from default through resolution.

The Collections Agent supports default management and post-charge-off collections by maintaining structured workflows, tracking recovery activity, and ensuring the audit trail stays intact through the full resolution process, including repossession coordination and recovery accounting.

Example actions

  • Initiates default workflow sequences on delinquency trigger with configurable grace periods
  • Tracks collateral recovery status and repossession activity with event-level logging
  • Generates collections activity reports and recovery performance analytics
  • Routes complex default situations to senior credit or legal review with full event context
  • Maintains a complete, auditable record from first missed payment through final resolution

Accounting & Treasury Agent

Financial operations that keep pace with the portfolio.

The Accounting & Treasury Agent bridges the gap between loan activity and financial reporting by generating journal entries, tracking funding utilization, flagging accounting exceptions, and keeping treasury and finance teams current without manual data extraction.

Example actions

  • Generates loan-level journal entries from origination, payment, and payoff events
  • Tracks facility utilization and flags funding capacity constraints against pipeline
  • Identifies accounting exceptions when loan activity doesn't reconcile with payment records
  • Produces trial balance summaries and portfolio-level financial statements on schedule
  • Flags interest accrual anomalies and rate adjustment events for finance team review

Executive Intelligence Agent

Portfolio-level visibility without the data assembly.

The Executive Intelligence Agent synthesizes signals from across the platform into portfolio-level views for senior leadership (exception trends, risk concentration, performance against targets, and early indicators), delivered as structured briefings rather than raw reports.

Example actions

  • Generates portfolio health briefings with exception trends, concentration risk, and performance metrics
  • Surfaces emerging risk signals across dealer cohorts before they appear in period reports
  • Tracks actual performance against origination targets, approval rates, and loss benchmarks
  • Produces investor and regulatory reporting summaries from the unified platform data layer
  • Flags significant single-dealer or regional events that warrant senior leadership review

Governance & oversight

Agents work for your team. Not instead of it.

ANVL Intelligence is designed for regulated environments where accountability, auditability, and human oversight are non-negotiable. Every agent action is logged, traceable, and subject to lender-defined controls.

Every action is traceable

Every action taken by an ANVL agent (exception raised, notice sent, workflow triggered) is logged with a timestamp, the data signal that prompted it, and the rule or model that drove the decision. Nothing happens invisibly.

Human approval where it matters

Credit decisions, default initiations, and other consequential actions require explicit human review before the agent proceeds. Agents surface and recommend; humans decide and authorize.

AI permissions managed by administrators

Each agent category is individually configurable. Lender administrators control what agents can act on autonomously, what requires review, and what is presented as a recommendation only.

"Intelligence embedded in every workflow."

Not a dashboard. Not a chatbot. Specialized agents operating inside the workflows where floorplan lenders already work, with every action attributable, auditable, and under institutional control.
